As part of the partnership, we can also announce that former Edgware and Kingsbury FC Assistant Manager and The Pro Academy Director, Paul Fitzgerald, will be joining us as our new Head of Youth Development.

With two decades of experience and a UEFA B Coaching qualification, he will play a crucial role in nurturing youth talent with the eventual aim of creating a route to our First Team.

The academy is dedicated to providing high quality football coaching to the next generation and offering the opportunity for elite players to sign for premiership clubs.

Their aim is players in the local area reach their potential, whether that’s signing a contract for a premiership club or simply getting into one of their Pro|FA development teams.
